BOSTON HEMP OFFERS THE RATES LISTED BELOW FOR SHIPPING. SHIPMENTS ARE MADE WITH NATIONAL UNITED STATES CARRIERS SUCH AS USPS AND UPS. ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAIN A LETTER WITH ACCESS TO FULL LAB REPORTS TO SUPPORT THE VALIDITY OF THE PRODUCT(S) WITHIN. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN HEAT SEALED MYLAR BAGS TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS AND CONTAIN ODORS WITHIN THE BAG. ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12:00PM (EST) WILL USUALLY SHIP SAME DAY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS. ORDERS AFTER NOON ON FRIDAY WILL SHIP ON MONDAY, EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS, WHERE PACKAGES WILL GO OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. STANDARD FREE SHIPPING OVER $50 — FREE USPS PRIORITY MAIL ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS $49+. AVAILABLE FOR US TERRITORIES, AND APO ORDERS AS WELL.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS WILL BE SENT TO ALL COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE. MOST SHIPMENTS ARE DELIVERED IN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS, UNLESS HELD FOR REVIEW BY CUSTOMS. TIMES TO CLEAR CUSTOMS CAN VARY AND TIME IN CUSTOMS IS NOT PART OF THE 5-10 DAY WINDOW, AS THIS PROCESSING TIME IS OUT OF THE CONTROL OF THE USPS. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO GREG@BOSTONHEMPINC.COM. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS UNLESS PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND EMAIL THE PHOTO WITH YOUR RETURN REQUEST TO GREG@BOSTONHEMPINC.COM. FLOWER, CONCENTRATES, AND PARTIALLY USED OR OPENED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS MUST BE AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO NEXT SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENT.
