Subscription Terms of Service

IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, CUSTOMERS SUBSCRIBING TO ANY SUBSCRIPTION AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH REOCCURRING PAYMENTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT LISTED FOR EACH SUBSCRIPTION USING THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE FROM THE INITIAL PAYMENT. A PAYMENT METHOD CAN BE CHANGED TO A NEW APPROVED PAYMENT METHOD BY THE CUSTOMER IN THEIR ACCOUNT OR BY CONTACTING BOSTON HEMP INC. AT THE NUMBER LISTED BELOW. EACH SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRES THE CUSTOMER TO PAY SHIPPING, UNLESS STATED IN THE SPECIFIC SUBSCRIPTION CHOSEN THAT SHIPPING IS INCLUDED WITH THE LISTED PRICE. DISCOUNTS LISTED FOR SUBSCRIBING TO PRODUCTS DO NOT DISCOUNT THE SHIPPING FEES. SUBSCRIPTIONS CAN BE CANCELED AT ANY TIME, BUT NO SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL BE PRORATED AND NO PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY UNUSED PRODUCT OR SUBSCRIPTION BENEFIT FROM SAID SUBSCRIPTION. ONCE A SUBSCRIPTION HAS SHIPPED, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. IN THE INSTANCE OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER MUST FOLLOW THE DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY FOUND IN THE “SHIPPING & RETURNS” WEBPAGE. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS MUST BE AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO NEXT SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENT. CUSTOMERS CAN CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION THEMSELVES THROUGH THEIR ACCOUNT OR CALL 781-924-1011 MONDAY – FRIDAY, 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST. (EXCLUDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS) TO HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED.
